Please note that Team Trackers is the 'body responsible for processing' the personal data collected via this Web Site.

5. Copyright
Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of the information, texts and images, trade marks and logos available on this site is forbidden. The content is available for private and non-collective use. As the French Intellectual Property Code allows under the terms of de Article L. 122- 5. 2° and 3°a, on the one hand, only "copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the copier's private use and not intended for collective use" and, on the other hand, only analyses and short quotations for the purposes of example and illustration, "any representation or reproduction wholly or in part made without the consent of the author or of the persons entitled or claiming through him shall be unlawful" (Art. 8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Your accessing, visiting or use of the Web Site, as well as of these General Conditions, will be governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with French law. The Paris Courts will have sole jurisdiction for any dispute relating to such, without prejudice to Team Trackers's choosing another Court that has jurisdiction for such a dispute according to the applicable law.
9. Severability and Amendments.
In the event that certain provisions of these General Conditions are held to be unenforceable, the other provisions will be unchanged and the unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable provision that most corresponds to the underlying intention of the unenforceable provision. This agreement will be subject to any other agreement that you have entered into or will enter into with Team Trackers or any of its related entities.
Team Trackers may amend these General Conditions at any time, with immediate effect and without prior warning.
